I want to specifically thank Jason Trac for helping me draft & edit my resume and cover letters! I couldn’t do it without your expertise! I owe you one!!!
Squarage — They provided me with extensive interview coaching & through these concepts that I learned, I was able to land this job! At first, I thought this was one of those “generic” seminars, but after the seminar I realized that it was not! It was “Hands-on & One-of-a-kind experience”. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone looking for a career change or a new job! IT WILL BE THE BEST MONEY YOU EVER SPENT!!!

For months I was submitting hundreds of resumes and was taking a few interviews, but nothing seemed to be working. I then reached out to Squarage, where Eric personally worked with me to fix my resume and provide me with interview tips.
My updated resume landed me an interview with a major SF tech startup and I used my interview tips to seal the deal. I am very thankful for the work done by Eric and Squarage because it put me on the path I was looking for for so long.

I learned a lot and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs some extra help on how to be in an interview. The company I got hired is in Moreno Valley College, Lion’s Den or the food services. I love working there.

It wasn’t until I got the Squarage CTE textbook and some good advice from someone that I finally changed the way I interviewed. Some of the content taught are edgy, cringe worthy, but highly effective which was a great surprise to me!
The techniques that I read seemed so intuitive and unique that I wasn’t sure if it would work because nobody ever taught like Squarage did… But as I kept reading, it changed my mindset and how I approached interviews, and I believe I got job placed because of Squarage. Thanks!

Before attending the Interview Seminar, I had an interview for an Executive Assistant position on the same day. I had a GREAT feeling about my performance; however, I was not offered the job. BUT listen, it does not end here. I probably got rejected because I attended the seminar AFTER my interview.
Two weeks after the seminar, after soaking in all the knowledge that was taught at Squarage, I landed a phone interview/screening with a Fortune 100 company in Santa Ana. Name? Ingram Micro. Position? Vendor Management Administrator. After the 30 minute phone interview, I was told I will be contacted the following week but instead, they called me back in less than an hour for an in-person interview the following day. NAILED IT.
The next interview was a 2 hour panel interview. One hour with the director of the department and the other hour with 3 of the Vendor Business Managers. Usually, I will be nervous out of my mind but with much preparation and the confident boost from the Seminar, I won everyone over.
The skills and tactics I used in all 3 of the interviews were carefully taught at Squarage. Every interview question can be strategically answered by using the ______ (oops, I guess you’ll need to attend the seminar to find out what this secret weapon is).
Ingram Micro will be my first REAL permanent job after graduating college. Not only do I get amazing benefits, but I am able to identify myself with a Fortune 100 company, ranked 67 to be exact.
I spoke with an HR Specialist recently and she admitted that most companies view the ‘millennials’ to be lazy because they believe everything is owed to them and that a promotion should be given to them because they “show up” for work. How sad is this. I recommend EVERYONE to attend the seminars given by Squarage and I guarantee that you will understand the ins and outs of interviews. Thanks again Squarage!

Not knowing what to expect was the most terrifying part and I was tired of letting that preventing me from getting the job that I wanted. Squarage showed me the key components to acing interviews, which I did not know was such a complex process.
They taught me that there was a general trend of questions employers asks and how the interview process will go. By providing all the possibilities that could happen in an interview that eased my fears of this daunting process.
As a newly graduate, I am a novice in the interviewing process. It was nice to find a service like this, where they give you tips and tricks to impressing your interviewers. I definitely wished this were offered when I was in college.
Thanks to Squarage, I have landed my first position as a finance analyst. The interview process went smoother than my previous experiences. Knowing what to expect definitely eased my fears. They definitely don’t teach this at colleges. Thanks for everything Squarage!

As a younger participant in the seminar, I wondered what impact Squarage would have on me, a 19 year old full-time college student. I thought interviews were only for people who were looking for jobs, and as a full-time student, I had no interest in finding one. However, Squarage demonstrated how useful interviewing skills could have in non-occupational scenarios.
I applied for a $1000 church scholarship for school, and was informed after a few weeks that I had made it to the second round — the interview process. I was nervous, as I had never been called back for a scholarship, much less an interview for one. Additionally, the scholarship was a competitive one that only awarded 12 recipients who were non-church members. Squarage provided me with information that was practical and valuable, which allowed me to become one of the 12 awarded recipients.
I highly recommend Squarage to anyone who is able enough to understand the importance of interviewing skills. Squarage has impacted the way I think about interviews and has given me confidence in myself to do well in any situation involving interviews.

In my previous update, I mentioned that Squarage’s training helped me acquire a 4th round of interviews; that actually led to a fifth which went really well and I was hired on the spot.
The principles and methods I learned during the seminar and coaching session propelled me from being a “generic new grad” to a standout. I remember throughout the interview rounds, the hiring managers and charge nurses mentioning several times during the interviews that my answers were excellent.
But even before these interviews happened, I felt powerless during my application process to even get a simple call back. I send out endless waves of applications and customized cover letters that seemingly went into a black-hole never to be seen again.
However Squarage taught me a few a key methods that got me noticed and picked for an interviews, methods that I am unable to share due to confidentiality; but apparently, methods that indeed brought results.
If you are in a similar position as I was (new grad looking for a job), or in-between jobs, transitioning, or unemployed and feeling powerless, I would highly recommend Squarage!

Their training not only helped me understand the specific energy to bring into a Zoom interview, but also guided me in conducting targeted research on the company, which made all the difference. In preparing for this vital cybersecurity position, I needed to grasp the risks of breaches, and Squarage's interview prep was unmatched. The practical insights I gained were far beyond standard advice – they were laser-focused on what truly mattered. Thanks to Squarage, I walked into my interview confident and well-prepared, and I landed the job!

Let me just start out by saying that Squarage is the best interviewing skills program I have ever come across in my 10+ years of being in the education industry.
Everything you learn from college career centers is generic, outdated, and boring. However, Squarage walked me through the entire interviewing process from beginning to end but they did in a way that you wouldn’t expect. Their concepts, methodology, and approach are extremely unique, unorthodox, and fascinating…I wish I could say more but I signed a confidentiality agreement form!
I think their 200+ interviews experience is an amazing resource of in-person field experience for young adults aka Millennials. If you need help in your career job searching — I would strongly recommend inquiring w/ Squarage for their consulting/seminar services on interviewing skills. ALL COLLEGES NEED TO INVEST IN THIS PROGRAM! What they teach is not what you are expecting.
Without Squarage, I am not sure if I would’ve been able to secure a Teaching Position in this saturated schooling job market. Thank you Squarage!!!

I had been looking for a job for over a year and sending my resume endlessly to any hospital I could get into. Squarage changed that for me, I was referred by my friend Paul who also received a job as an RN with Squarage’s help.
I had no idea how much more there was to the interview process, the Squarage team explained so much more in-depth. With the material I learned and the support that was offered by them I was able to obtain a new grad position at one of the best teaching hospitals in Los Angeles.
Thank you to the Squarage team and my friend Paul who referred me to them. I would definitely recommend this program to any and all for any reason whether it be a knowledge deficit or even a confidence problem. This program will turn the interview process into a fun time.

I am a skeptic in nature as I like to analyze things and I was astonished by the level of detail and the social science Squarage taught in regards to interviewing.
I was able to secure a job at Eurofins Calscience for the IT Help Desk position and I believe I would not have gotten the job without Squarage.
Everybody that is looking for a job, young or old, should not be skeptical of the price and the services of this company, attend the seminar, you will not regret it! Thanks again Squarage!

This was only slightly helpful because at the end of the day I realized that interviewing comes down to communicating with a roulette of personality types — something general guidelines cannot prepare you for. This is where Squarage excels in.
Squarage cleverly categorizes these personality types and helps the interviewee not only recognize who their interviewers are but how to also give powerful responses that will personally resonate with their interviewers.
The methods and skills that you will learn from Squarage are certainly unique, if not delightfully creative, that will certainly be extremely helpful in all levels of interviews from entry to management to executive. I have yet to discover any other resources that provide what Squarage offers.

However, once I took a break and served on a missions trip, I started to apply to full time corporate positions with my experience being in administration and budgeting.
Within a week of applying, I received a phone screen interview which led to a three separate on-site interviews that took place in a matter of two days. I applied what was taught to me. Within the next business day, they offered me the job!
The skills and comprehensive methods that I learned over a year ago still hold its merit in all types of interview styles and conductors. Squarage holds significant value in my life a young professional and upon my outlook upon my career moving forward. Squarage is the best interview skills resource out there!!!

I am a firm believer in specialized knowledge; that is, when you learn about something that leaves you significantly more enlightened about a topic that is meaningful to you, you will stand out, not only because you have the knowledge, but because you can apply it a way that shows that you’ve mastered it. This book is such an example.
The techniques presented in the book are simple and do not require you to have any previous experience with interviews in order to understand them. Then again, you probably had interviews that didn’t work out the way you wanted them to, so that why you’re here reading my success story, right?
This book is probably the best interview skills resource guide out there. I’ve read countless blogs and guidebooks from the past and there quite generic. Squarage definitely aggressively and assertively takes a different approach when it comes to job placement.

Initially, I was uncomfortable with the interview skills, concepts, and advice that Squarage offered because they were so unique and edgy, but in the end, they worked out perfectly!
I highly recommend Squarage to anyone struggling to find a solid job. They definitely teach interview skills from an angle that I believe is distinct from most colleges.
They also helped me refine my resume and cover letter, and I’d have to say the whole experience was not what I was expecting — original is putting it lightly.

They practiced the skills and they all had interviews scheduled for the following week. She informed us that they all got the jobs they were interviewing for and she accredits to using the squarage techniques.
She wanted me to share her story with you and tell you “Thanks You very much for giving me skills that allowed me to ROCK the interview.” Have a great day.
