To Help Those Who Limp Like Us

Our “Why”

Evolve or Die

Your Gen Z populations are obsessed with doomsday scenarios about the workforce, academics, and life. They lack contemporary mental conditioning, soft skills, career readiness, and office politics/EQ savvy needed to succeed in today’s post-COVID workforce. Oh, and you’re finding it hard to keep them engaged with their digital dementia (smartphones).

Not Squarage® though.

Mental Wellness and Career Readiness (CTE, Workforce Development) are often stuck with outdated and generic content that fails to support mental and career success. That’s why we created (4) cutting-edge curriculums focusing on Mental Health, Job Search Prep, Interview Skills, and Job Retention: EQ. Our programs incorporate AI (used ethically) and are designed to enhance job candidacy, boost employee credibility, and improve mental well-being. And don’t worry—we’ve tailored the content to keep them engaged and ensure actionable learning.

Push the Boundaries

I Like to Get As Close to the Line Without Crossing It.

Eric Fan,

Founder of Squarage® LLC

Born and raised in Los Angeles, I’m a millennial who somehow managed to graduate from Cal State Fullerton with a B.A. in Marketing—though it took me six years, thanks to my impressive 2.24 GPA and a solid track record of failing 10 classes. From 2004 to 2014, I endured corporate hell, bouncing through 20 different jobs before finally deciding to preserve my sanity and maybe even extend my lifespan by starting this business.

During my time in the trenches, I worked for and with cranky, hard-to-please, paper-pushing, “my way or the highway” micro-managers. I’ve been through over 200+ interviews and soaked up every lesson, trade secret, and lifehack from on-the-job training, ad-hoc tasks, coffee breaks, water cooler chats, reprimands, and vacation days. Then, I threw it all into a blender to create some hardcore Career Readiness and Mental Health content to make your life easier

You’re welcome.
